Educated at the University of Visual Art in Oradea, Romania and Seneca College of Art and Design, Toronto, Serena Durgheu's works are presented in numerous private and public collections. Serena is inspired by the sensitivity of light in colors, linear organic textures and human emotions. 

She seamlessly integrates a love for texture and transparency into her work, creating pieces that invite viewers to not just see, but to feel. The play of subtle, delicate colors evokes a spectrum of emotions, while the use of texture adds a tactile dimension to the visual experience.
